Shipping Information

Shipping Methods

Our products ship the most economical way. Many of our products ship via UPS; however, the heavier items and large orders may require shipment via Common Carrier. For products that ship via Common Carrier, we will choose the best carrier for this method. On Common Carrier shipments, the driver will bring the product to the truck tailgate. The consignee is responsible for offloading merchandise from the tailgate.


Delivery Hours

Standard delivery hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please note on your order if your facility has special delivery hours.


Damage During Shipping

Occasionally damage occurs during shipping so please remember to inspect your products for visible and hidden damage. It is important to note any damage on the Bill of Lading before you and the driver sign off on the shipment. All packaging and paperwork should be kept until the inspection process is completed. Please contact our Customer Service department at 800-722-2501 for return/replacement instructions. Damage and shortage claims must be reported within 10 days of delivery.


Lead Time

All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most products are shipped within 1 – 2 business days from receipt of order. Orders are processed and shipped during normal business hours Monday through Friday.


Sales Tax

Tax only applies to orders shipped to Illinois & Wisconsin destinations. If tax-exempt, please enter tax-exempt number or resale number into the Shopping Cart.


Returns and Exchanges

If you would like to exchange or return a product, please email us or contact Customer Service at 1-800-722-2501 for return instructions. We allow returns within 15 days from delivery. Products cannot be shipped back without written authorization from Temple Display. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition for credit to be issued. Custom orders may not be returned.

Returns will not be accepted after December 15.

Any merchandise returned unauthorized will cause your credit to be delayed or denied. Please return product freight prepaid. Sorry, no COD or Freight Collect shipments will be accepted.
